Hot Tap Insertion Magmeter

The new FLOWX3 F3.61M.S Insertion Magmeter is provided with an USB interface and a dedicated software (freely downloadable from FLS web site) which allows to easily set by a PC all parameters according to specific installation requirements.
The new F3.61M.S can provide three different options: frequency output to be connected to FLS flow monitors, 4-20 mA output for long distance transmission and PLC connection and the new volume pulse output freely settable.
The new FLOWX3 F3.61M.S Hot Tap Insertion Magmeter is suitable to measure flowrate in both metal and thermoplastic pipelines.
The sensor can be assembled in pressurized pipes simply using a standard clamp saddle and an isolation ball valve.
No moving mechanical parts and the high quality materials allow the measurement of liquids where suspended solids can be present or of abrasive liquids as long as they are conductive and homogeneous.
The new design allows an accurate flow measurement over a wide dynamic range in pipe sizes from DN50 (2”) to DN900 (36”).
