Return material authorization


To return units for repairing or checking please:

1> Contact the FIP Technical Support Service at technical.fip@aliaxis.com or by phone at +39 010 9621214. Please note that you will be asked for: name of applicant, item part number, item serial number and the noticed problems.
2> FLS Assistance Team will provide you with the ARM Number "Return Material Authorization " which you should refer to for shipping the item.

Please note: the returns will not be processed without the ARM Number.
